My tea order came pretty much right, actually, I did double-check the cups for a second, but nothing was missing, and the flavors were the ones I picked. Took a little looking over, but yeah, all good overall

The first thing I noticed when my tea arrived was how well it was packed. The box felt sturdy, and everything inside was in perfect shape with nothing crushed or leaking. The tea bags were sealed nicely too, which I really appreciated. It’s a simple detail, but it definitely made a good first impression

I got some tea from tucsontea.com to give as a gift, and, it was kind of just okay. Like, the tea itself seemed fine and everything, but the packaging didn’t really have that special gift feel, you know? The layout just didn’t feel very clear to me, and after a while it got frustrating because I felt like I was spending more time figuring out where things were than actually doing what I came there to do

I do actually like the tea, so that part isn’t the issue. The annoying part was trying to get help with my order. I emailed them and waited a few days just to get a reply that didn’t really answer my question.

I tried a couple of loose leaf teas from Tucson Tea and was pleasantly surprised. The leaves looked fresh, the smell was strong, and the flavor held up even after more than one steep. It also wasn’t bitter, which is always a big plus. Nothing fancy to overthink here, it’s just good, fresh-tasting tea, and that’s really what matters. I’d definitely order again.

i really like that the ingredients are listed clearly. no guessing or wondering what’s actually inside, which makes me feel a lot better about using it.
